My initial academic background is in nutritional sciences (B.Sc. and M.Sc.). For 7 years, I have worked as a clinical dietitian in both outpatient clinics and the hospital setting. For the last 5 years, I have been working as a manager in a health institution which comprises 10 000 employees and 132 facilities in Québec. My role is to lead a team of employees which are responsible for the administrative evaluation, development and implementation of research projects in several health services in order to improve clinical and management practices. Over the years, our team has supported several initiatives aimed at primary care services (or their relationship with specialized services), namely in chronic diseases, rehabilitation, mental health and addiction. Moreover, I am currently pursuing a research doctorate in health sciences at the University of Sherbrooke. My research interests focus on the administration and organization of healthcare services.
